Viktoria El-Moussaoui is an Associate at Alter Vanderstappen Robert in Brussels, where she focuses on international and domestic dispute resolution, with particular expertise in construction arbitration, international commercial disputes, and enforcement proceedings. She advises Belgian and international clients in complex, cross-border disputes, including ICC arbitration, commercial litigation, financial fraud, transport and distribution contracts, and post-arbitration enforcement.

Viktoria regularly acts in arbitration proceedings and provides guidance throughout all stages of the process—from pre-dispute strategy and to arbitration, settlement negotiations, and enforcement. She also handles exequatur proceedings, enforcement against State assets. Her experience notably covers disputes arising from commercial and distribution contracts, with a strong focus on liability, sanctions compliance, and risk allocation.

She gained significant experience in international dispute resolution at reputable Belgian and international law firms, developing a deep understanding of commercial, regulatory, and cross-border legal challenges.

Viktoria holds a Certificate in Advanced Private International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law, a Master of Arts in International Law, Diplomacy and International Negotiation from the University of Paris-Saclay—graduating magna cum laude for International Negotiation and a Master in Economic Law from the University of Brussels. She also completed an Erasmus+ in Transnational Law at the University of Geneva, where she studied comparative contract law, international arbitration, comparative human rights, EU external action, and Swiss and European consumer law.
