With over 30 years of experience, Cédric is known for his strong track record in restructuring and insolvency, business law, and commercial litigation, including arbitration. He acts for Belgian and international clients and is regularly appointed by the courts in complex cross-border restructurings.

He also serves as arbitrator in CEPANI and ICC proceedings and is active in key professional networks such as the IBA, INSOL and the Belgian CAP Network.

In parallel, he teaches business law at Solvay Brussels School (ULB) and is the author or co-author of several books and over 50 legal publications and conferences in his fields of specialization. He is also co-editor in chief of the Revue des Entreprises en Difficulté (REDI).
